SKYLER FIKE LLC, doing business as SIGNED NEW YORK ("SIGNED," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (this "Policy").
This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website at signed.nyc (our "Site"), access our client gallery portal, or use any services offered through the Site (collectively, our "Services"), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

On our Site and through our client gallery portal.
Via email, SMS, text messages, and other electronic communications between you and SIGNED.
Through third-party platforms that facilitate our booking, payment, and image delivery workflows.
When you interact with any feature or application linked to or accessible through our Site.

Us offline or through any other website operated by SIGNED or any third party; or
Any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from our Site.
Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use our Site or Services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site, register an account, make any purchases, or book any appointments through the Site. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have parental or legal guardian consent to use our Services. Any account or Customer Agreement for a minor must be established by and remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
Personally identifiable information, such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information");
Information about your photography session, including session date, session type, image selections, editing tier preferences, and client notes you submit through our gallery portal;
Transactional and financial information, such as payment details processed through Stripe and billing records;
Booking and scheduling information collected through Acuity Scheduling, including appointment date, time, session type, and any intake form responses;
Information about your internet connection, device, browser type, and browsing behavior on our Site; and
Communications and correspondence you send to us, including emails and SMS messages.
We collect this information:
Directly from you when you book a session, access your client gallery, make a purchase, create an account, or otherwise interact with us.
Automatically as you navigate through the Site, via cookies and similar tracking technologies.
From third-party platforms, including Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, and Squarespace, in connection with your use of our Services.
Information You Provide to Us
Information we collect directly from you may include:
Registration and account information when you create a customer account on our Site or portal.
Booking details when you schedule a photography session through Acuity Scheduling.
Image selections and editing preferences you submit through our client gallery portal.
Payment information submitted during checkout (processed and secured by Stripe; we do not store payment card data directly).
Notes, correspondence, and any other information you choose to provide in connection with your session or account.
Information Collected Automatically
As you navigate our Site, we and our service providers may use automatic data collection technologies, including cookies, web beacons, and analytics tools, to collect:
Details of your visits to our Site, including traffic data, location data, and browsing logs.
Information about your device and internet connection, including IP address, operating system, and browser type.
Referral sources and pages viewed.
Squarespace, our website platform, automatically collects visitor analytics including page views, session durations, and general geographic data. Squarespace's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at squarespace.com/privacy.
You may set your browser to refuse cookies; however, doing so may affect the functionality of certain portions of our Site.
SMS Messaging and Consent
SIGNED may communicate with you via SMS (text message) for service-related purposes, including appointment confirmations, session reminders, gallery availability notifications, and customer support. By providing your telephone number in connection with booking our Services, you consent to receive these service-related SMS communications.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. Standard message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS originator opt-in data and consent will not be used for any purpose other than the service communications described above.
How We Use Your Information
We use information collected about you or provided by you, including personal information, for the following purposes:
To present our Site and its contents to you and to deliver our photography and image editing Services.
To process your session bookings, image selections, editing orders, and payment transactions.
To create and manage your client account and provide access to your private client gallery portal.
To communicate with you about your session, gallery status, order fulfillment, and account activity.
To send you service-related SMS and email notifications as described above.
To carry out our contractual obligations to you and enforce our rights arising from any Customer Agreement or Terms of Use.
To notify you about material changes to our Site, Services, or policies.
To maintain the security and integrity of our Site, platform, and data systems.
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
For any other purpose with your prior consent.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use aggregated, de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you for business analytics and service improvement purposes.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated, de-identified information about our users without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or that you provide:
To our service providers and subprocessors who assist us in operating our Site, processing payments, and delivering our Services, including Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), Acuity Scheduling (booking management), Dropbox, Inc. (image file storage), and Squarespace, Inc. (website platform). These parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information and to use it only as directed by us.
To a buyer or successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, dissolution, or transfer of all or substantially all of our assets, in which personal information held by SIGNED may be among the assets transferred.
To comply with any court order, subpoena, law, or legal process, including requests from government or regulatory authorities.
To enforce or apply our Terms of Use, Customer Agreement, and any other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of SIGNED, our clients, or others, including for fraud prevention purposes.
With your consent, for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party platforms in the delivery of our Services, each of which may process personal information you provide:
Stripe, Inc. — Stripe processes all payment card transactions on our behalf. SIGNED does not store, transmit, or have access to your full payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace) — Acuity collects your booking information including name, email address, phone number, and session details when you schedule a photography session. Acuity's privacy practices are governed by Squarespace's privacy policy at squarespace.com/privacy.
Dropbox, Inc. — Your photographic image files are stored in and delivered through Dropbox. Dropbox processes and stores files on our behalf pursuant to their terms of service and privacy policy, available at dropbox.com/privacy.
Squarespace, Inc. — Our website is hosted on the Squarespace platform, which automatically processes visitor data, analytics, and website usage information. Squarespace's privacy policy is available at squarespace.com/privacy.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers. SIGNED is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms beyond our contractual agreements with them.
Data Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
Secure, encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our platform (TLS/HTTPS).
Authentication controls for staff, editor, and client portal access, including password-protected accounts and magic-link tokens for client gallery access.
Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
Encrypted cloud database infrastructure for session records and client data.
Payment card transactions are processed exclusively through Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance. SIGNED does not store payment card data on our own systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately at hello@signed.nyc if you believe your account has been compromised.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of personal information to our Site is at your own risk.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We provide the following mechanisms for you to exercise control over your personal information:
Tracking Technologies. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. Certain features of our Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
SMS Communications. You may opt out of service-related SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
Email Communications. If you do not wish to receive promotional email communications from us, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email, or by contacting us at hello@signed.nyc. Note that opting out of promotional emails does not affect service-related transactional communications.
Account Information. You may review and update your personal information at any time by logging into your account on our platform or by contacting us directly.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@signed.nyc. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to any applicable legal obligations or legitimate business purposes that require retention of the information.
Please note that deletion of your personal information may require deletion of your account and associated records. We may decline requests to modify information where we reasonably believe the modification would violate any applicable law or render the information inaccurate.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) may afford you certain rights with respect to your personal information, including:

California residents under 16 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent to use our Services. California minors under 18 who have registered on our Site may request removal of content or information publicly posted on the Site by contacting us at hello@signed.nyc.
Nevada Residents
Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to hello@signed.nyc. SIGNED does not currently sell personal information in a manner that triggers opt-out requirements under that statute.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will post the revised Policy on this page with an updated effective date and, where practicable, notify you by email to the address associated with your account or by a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
